Troubleshoot Your Phone
This guide will help you get your phone sending data again, get you off alert, and return you to active panel member status.
Three Things to Try First:
- Is your phone off? Turn it on.
- Is your battery less than 10%? Charge it. (Should we send you a car charger or a charger for your workplace?)
- If you haven't restarted your phone (turned it off, then turned it on) for several days, do that now.
